Requirements
Bank Statement
- Must be an open, active account for at least 3 months
- Must reflect the last 30 days of activity on your account
- Must have the name and account number on the statement
- Cannot have an excessive amount of insufficient funds
- Must show daily balances and end in a positive balance
Paycheck Stub
- Must be employed at company for at least 3 months
Proof of Address
- If your current address is not listed on any of the information required, please bring a current phone bill, energy bill or other proof of current address with you
